Common questions
Do my drivers or operators need their own login?
Drivers don't need an account. On Prestart and Driver Uploads, each driver gets a personal link by email and uses it straight away. Causeway users get their own login so their work stays theirs. Your login is the one that controls billing and access.
Can I use just one tool to start?
Yes. Most people start with the one tool solving their most immediate problem, then add another once that's bedded in.
How is Driver Uploads priced?
Per driver: $10 a month, or $8.50 a month on annual billing. Add or remove drivers whenever your fleet changes and your price follows the number you have.
What is the whole-organisation plan?
One flat monthly price for a tool, with no limit on how many drivers or users you add and no per-person charge. It costs less than per-person pricing once you pass the break-even number shown on each tool in the pricing builder.
What if a driver loses their link?
They can get it again in a few seconds at app.orbix-global.com/find-link using the email their manager gave. Managers can also resend it from their dashboard.
What can drivers upload?
Photos or PDFs of the prestart, runsheet, load restraint and mass management records, plus reports of incidents, hazards and vehicle defects. Files are saved by date and driver name.
What happens to our data if we cancel a tool?
You keep it. Turning a tool off stops billing for it — it doesn't delete your history, and you can export it beforehand.
Is this built specifically for Australian compliance rules?
Yes — the tools here are built around Australian requirements first (NHVR, HVNL and similar), not a US product with local terminology swapped in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, month to month on any plan. Annual billing is optional, not required.
